From the South (US Border at Aldergrove, BC/ Lynden, Washington)
- From Canada Customs, proceed North on Route 13 (264th Street)
- Turn Right onto 56th Avenue
- Turn Right onto Gloucester Way

From Abbotsford International Airport
- From the airport turn Right (North) on Mt Lehman Road
- At the roundabout take the second exit and stay on Mt Lehman Road
- At the next roundabout take the second exit and get on Trans Canada Highway 1, West, towards Vancouver
- Take Exit 73 onto 56th Avenue
- Turn Right onto Gloucester Way

From Vancouver International Airport
- Leave the airport on Grant Mcconachie Way
- Take ramp for Highway 99, for Seattle, Richmond Centre
- Merge onto Sea Island Way
- Merge onto Highway 99, for Seattle, Victoria Ferries
- Take Exit 16 for Annacis Highway, Highway 91, towards New Westminster
